This course uses the most up-to-date equipment in the world of parachuting. The square canopies used are highly manoeuvrable and are the same type used by many experienced jumpers, and is the first step in the BPA Category System. The parachute is opened automatically when you exit the aircraft, are fun to fly, and can give you very light landings.Your jump will be from 3,500 feet giving you plenty of time to have fun and enjoy the view.
When are our Courses?
Courses are normally run at weekends although midweek courses or onsite training may be organised for groups. One day training course jumping next day weather permitting.You will need to provide warm, comfortable clothing, a good pair of training shoes or boots and plenty of enthusiasm.The RAPS course gives a qualification leading to solo free fall, further jumps are available usually the same weekend
What Does it Cost?
The course fee of £220.00 includes all instruction, hire of parachutes, helmets, radios, altimeters, overalls, your aircraft ride and your first jump. You may also pay a course fee of £260.00 and include 2 jumps. All our prices include the compulsory provisional membership of the British Parachute Association, which entitles them to a Third Party liability insurance of £2,000,000. The cost of this insurance cover is currently £30.
