Charity Skydive Fund Raising with the BAPS Charities
The butterflies. The rush. The sudden silence. The breathtaking views.
And if you raise £400 plus any fuel surcharge in sponsorship you won't have to pay for the cost of the jump.
BAPS Charities is a global charity active in nine countries across five continents. Volunteers drive our efforts, dedicating a portion of their lives in selfless service of others both in their local neighborhoods as well as globally.
Working in five key areas, BAPS Charities aims to express a spirit of selfless service through Health Awareness, Educational Services, Humanitarian Relief, Environmental Protection & Preservation and Community Empowerment. From Walkathons or Sponsored Walks that raise funds for local communities to supporting humanitarian relief in times of urgent need or from community health fairs to sustaining hospitals and schools in developing countries, BAPS Charities provides an opportunity for individuals wishing to serve locally and globally.
Picture yourself at the edge of an open doorway, 10,000 feet in the air, peering down at the distant fields. Now imagine the rush of freefalling 5,000 feet through the sky, the tranquillity as the parachute deploys, the breathtaking views as you glide to earth. And the elation of knowing you’re helping BAPS Charities continue its efforts of selfless service through volunteers delivering activities and initiatives both in local neighbourhoods as well as globally.
You choose the skydive venue and jump date that suits you best. Your training and skydive are completed in one day. You jump harnessed to a professional parachute instructor, who controls the free fall, parachute opening and landing. And if you raise £400 plus any fuel surcharge in sponsorship you won't have to pay for the cost of the jump.

Fuel Surcharge: due to the current fuel price being unpredictable (aviation fuel), some Drop Zones are now applying a fuel surcharge (if this applies, the surcharge is normally between £5–£25), should this be the case at your selected location London Parachute School will contact you and advise you of this prior to processing your booking. If you choose to jump at a drop zone that has added a fuel surcharge then you will have to raise that extra amount in addition to the £350 minimum amount to jump, eg if the drop zone you choose has added a fuel surcharge of £15 then you will need to raise a minimum of £365.
