W/E 13th April

Wasnt that an interseting on, glorious sunshine turning to torrential rain and hail the size of marbles, sort of dented and dampened the enthusiasm a little - still lets see what next week holds.

Weather!!!!!!!!

Well who would have thought we would have snow in April?, it seems that with rain, hail and snow all we are short of is a plague of frogs - still watch this space.

The Tandem Course
This course gives you the opportunity to experience the thrill of freefall on your first jump from £220. The training for the tandem jump is in the form of a briefing from your instructor which takes about half an hour. You will jump from up to 13,500 feet attached to your instructor using a specially designed dual harness. The instructor controls the freefall, parachute opening and landing, leaving you free to enjoy the view and the sensation of freefall. You will be able to help the instructor to steer the parachute after opening. more

The Static Line RAPS Course
This course uses the most up-to-date equipment in the world of parachuting. The square canopies used are highly manoeuvrable and are the same type used by many experienced jumpers, and is the first step in the BPA Category System.
The parachute is opened automatically when you exit the aircraft, are fun to fly, and can give you very light landings.Your jump will be from 3,500 feet giving you plenty of time to have fun and enjoy the view. more

The AFF Course
The AFF jump is for you if you're looking to experience the thrill of skydiving with instructors at your side--not attached to you,
after 6 hours of ground instruction, you're in control of the skydive. The instruction is much more detailed than a Tandem Skydive because you're in charge. You have two instructors who exit the airplane with you, fly by your side to coach you (using hand signals you learned during your training), and assist you if necessary during your nearly one minute of freefall. more

The Indoor Skydive
On your first visit you will be taken into a classroom for your briefing by one of our experienced instructors. This will include watching a short video and learning the safety procedures whilst in the tunnel. You will then progress to the kit up area where you will be given your helmet, goggles, ear plugs, flight suit and if required, training shoes. Your group will then go through to the tunnel ante-chamber where you will watch the people in the previous group finish their session. Then, when it becomes your turn to fly you take your place in the doorway. The instructor will stand in front of you and, when it is time, give you the signal to lean forward into the airflow. The instructor will take hold of your flight suit and hold onto you. YOU ARE NOW FLYING!
