London Parachute School Skydiving and London Olympics 2012.
As a result of the severe restrictions during the above 'minor' sporting event from 14th July to 15th August 2012 it is now certain that skydiving across the whole of southeast england will be severely impacted with both delays and refusal from National Air Traffic Services to allow skydiving aircraft into controlled airspace - this is basically for the southeast anything from a line above Birmingham to the south coast during this period.
We are constantly monitoring the situation and will advise when we have further information, however at this time we are strongly advising clients NOT to book to jump during the main olympic period (paralympics have different restrictions and should be OK) to avoid any dissapointment.
